2 can(s) whole kernel corn, with only one can drained
8 oz cream cheese
1 tsp jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
salt & pepper to taste
dash of cumin and chili powder

Steps:

  • 1. Heat corn and juice from one can in saucepan over medium heat.
  • 2. Add cream cheese, jalapenos, salt, pepper, cumin and chili powder and cook until cream cheese is completely melted.
  • 3. For the more sensitive mouths, you can use red or green bell pepper instead of jalapenos.
