Steps:
- 1. prepare your brownie mix and 3/4 teaspoon ground chipotle chile pepper and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon to the batter( for a batch that fits a 9-by-13 inch pan)
- 2. top each brownie with a scoop of duice de leche or vanilla icecream and sprinkle with cinnomion
