2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can tomatoes and chilies
1 lb cubed chicken (canned or boiled ahead of time)
4 cups crushed tortilla chips
2 cups Kraft Cheddar or Mozzarella Cheese (whichever you prefer)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix together soups and tomatoes.
  • Begin with soup mixture and layer chicken, chips, and cheese in large, oiled casserole dish ending with cheese on the top.
  • Cover and bake in oven for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake until cheese browns. Serve hot.
