Memphis Corn Pudding image

I'm always asked to make this for BBQ gatherings.Eat it by itself or with some yummy ribs or brisket.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
1 can(s) whole kernel corn (do not drain)
1 can(s) cream corn
1 stick melted butter
1 c sour cream
2 eggs

Steps:

  • 1. Pre-heat over to 350. Mix all ingredients until blended. Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake uncovered for 45-50mins. or until lightly brown.
