MELTING POT TIPS FOR FONDUE image

16 oz wisconsin sharp cheddar
4 oz swiss
16 oz base - either wine, beer, milk
Sliced bread, apples, cauliflower, celery, carrots, mushrooms for dipping

Steps:

  • Heat the pots to steaming (85-90) add 8 oz base to each pot. Add seasoning, (garlic, worcestshire sauce or salt to taste) then add 8 oz cheddar cheese and 2 oz swiss to each pot and melt. Serves 8
