Steps:
- To prepare filling, combine apple and next 3 ingredients; toss gently to coat. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Settle one pie crust into 9-inch deep dish glass pie plate. Spoon apple mixture into prepared pie plate. Place second pie crust over apple mixture in design of choice. (Make sure steam can escape; e.g., slits in dough.) Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees; bake an additional 40 minutes or until browned. Cool on a wire rack.
