- 1. Chop the onion. 2. Heat the oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Add the pork, onions, tomatoes, garlic, and oregano. Cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. 3. Turn the chops over and stir the other ingredients. Cover and continue to cook another 3 to 4 minutes. 4. Place the chops on individual dinner plates. Cover each with half the tomato-onion mixture, then sprinkle with feta cheese.
