1 cup finely crushed pretzels
1/4 cup sugar, divided
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 navel orange, divided
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
1 cup boiling water
1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
3/4 cup cold seltzer
2 cups sliced strawberries

Steps:

  • Mix pretzel crumbs, 2 Tbsp. sugar and butter; press onto bottoms of 10 (4-oz.) jelly jars, adding about 3 Tbsp. to each. Measure 1 tsp. orange zest; set aside. Peel orange, remove and chop orange segments; set aside.
  • Mix sour cream, orange zest and remaining sugar in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Stir in COOL WHIP; spoon over crusts. Spread with back of spoon to form even layer. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in cold seltzer. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened.
  • Stir berries and chopped oranges into gelatin; spoon over sour cream layers in jars. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
