Mashed Potato Casserole image

This is a great, creamy, delicious dish, and it can be made ahead and reheated.

Number Of Ingredients 7

10-12 potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 pkg (8 ounce) cream cheese
1/2 c butter
1 tsp salt
1 c half and half
1-2 Tbsp melted butter
paprika

Steps:

  • 1. Beat cream cheese with half and half. Add potatoes and beat well. Add other ingredients, except melted butter and paprika and beat well.
  • 2. Place in a buttered casserole. Brush top with melted butter. Sprinkle top with paprika.
  • 3. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, uncovered.
