Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Cut squash in half lengthwise. Remove seeds. 3. Place cut-side down in shallow pan. Add about 1/2 inch of water to pan. 4. Bake 35-45 minutes until tender. 5. Remove and turn squash over in pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Return to oven and bake till toastly brown (another 5-10 minutes). 6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Remove "meat" using spoon. Put in a bowl and mash, mixing in butter and honey to taste.
