Mary's Pork Chops image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 egg
1 1/2 cups milk
6 boneless pork chops
2 cups bread crumbs
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can beef broth

Steps:

  • Beat egg and milk together set aside. Dip pork chops in egg mixture coat with bread crumbs. Brown on both sides in a 12" skillet, adding a bit of oil, if necessary.
