MARY'S OATMEAL COOKIES image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1/2 c plus 6T Earth's Best vegan butter, softened
3/4 c firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c applesauce
1t vanilla
1 1/2 c flour
1t baking soda
1t cinnamon
1/2t salt
3 c quick cook oats

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat butter and sugars on medium speed until creamy. Add applesauce and vanilla; beat well. Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; mix well. Add oats and mix well. Use cookie scoop to place on cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until light golden brown. Cook 1 minute on cookie sheet before removing.
