Mary the resident at work who makes the coutch tissure holders gave me this recipe for Cranberry salad. I will be making it for thanks giving so will post a picture then.

Steps:
- Chop or grind cranberries add sugar, cover and let sit in fridge 6 hours or overnight.
- Next day, Beat whipping cream (if using or add coolwhip to a large bowl.
- To the whipped cream, add the nuts, drained pineapple, and the cranberry mixture from last night. Mix well, cover and let sit in fridge at least 6 hours before serving.
