325g whole wheat flour 2- 1/2 c
330g rye flour 2-3/4 c
350 white flour 2-1/2 c
1-1/2 T yeast
1 T kosher salt
35g vital wheat gluten
4 c water
1-1/2 T caraway seed

Steps:

  • stir together leave over night let rise 90 min bake 450 deg
