MARY'S BAKED MAC AND CHEESE image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 pound Velveeta Cheese
1 8 ounce block extra-sharp WHITE CHEDDAR CHEESE
1 12 ounce can Carnation condensed milk
2 TBL garlic powder
1 Cup grated Romano Parmesan cheese
1 pound macaroni shells

Steps:

  • Cook macaroni al dente and drain. Preheat oven to 350. Cut the Velveeta cheese into square inch blocks and do the same with the cheddar Pour half of the blocks into a bowl and mis with grated cheese, garlic powder, pasta, and canned milk. Place in oven-proof baking dish. Top with remaining cheese blocks. Bake until mixture bubbles and cheese slightly browns.
