Marshmallow Nut Fudge image

Number Of Ingredients 7

4 1/2 cups sugar
1 (14-ounce) can evaporated milk
1 cup butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (10-ounce) package miniature marshmallow
1 (12-ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 cups walnuts

Steps:

  • Combine sugar, milk and butter bring to a boil. Cook to softball stage (236°F). Add vanilla. Pour marshmallows, chocolate drops and walnuts into large bowl. Pour hot mixture over mixture in bowl and stir until marshmallows and chocolate chips are melted. Pour into greased baking pan and cool. Cut into squares.
