MARSHA'S PROSCIUITTO PINWHEELS image

Number Of Ingredients 4

a pkg of puff pasty (2 per pack)
2/3 cup dijon mustard
package of thinly sliced prosciutto.
2 cups of shredded cheese (swiss or provolone work well)

Steps:

  • roll pastry to two 14 inch squares. spread thin layer of dijon mustard add thin layer of prosciutto add layer of cheese roll cut into 1/2 inch slices to form the wheels lay wheels face up on baking sheet that has been lined in parchment paper bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 425 degrees. (Start watching them frequently at the 10 minute mark as they burn easily).
