Marninated Beef Shish Kebabs image

My father made this recipe a lot during the summer when I was growing up. The meat is best if marniated overnight- it gets very tender. It's a great and easy recipe!

Number Of Ingredients 7

1-2 pound(s) beef chuck roast, cut into chunks
1/2 cup(s) soy sauce
1/4 cup(s) worchesteshire sauce
1/8 cup(s) mustard
2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
1 clove(s) garlic, finely choped
- assorted vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, baby red potatoes (par boileed), zuccini, etc

Steps:

  • Combine soy sauce, worchesteshire, mustard, lemon juice, and chopped garlic and pour over beef chunks. Marinate at least 3 hours (it is best if they marinate overnight)
  • Drizzle vegetables of choice with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Skewer with meat. Grill on medium high heat. This is best served medium rare-medium so meat does not get too chewy.
