Marinated Tuna Steak image

Great marinade makes a tasty tuna steak.

Number Of Ingredients 5

MARINADE
1/4 c each lime juice, fresh cilantro chopped and soy sauce
2 Tbsp olive oil
3 clove garlic minced
2 6 oz fresh tuna steaks

Steps:

  • 1. Mix the marinating ingredients together. Add the tuna steaks and let marinate at least 2 hours.
  • 2. Remove steaks from marinade. Discard the marinade. Sear the steaks in a little olive oil or grill. Usually about 4 or 5 minutes per side. Let rest 5 minutes.
