Marinated Olives with Tangerine and Rosemary image

1 pounds olives
1 units tangerine
1 tablespoons rosemary
1 teaspoons fennel seeds
1 teaspoons coriander seeds
0.125 teaspoons red pepper

Steps:

  • Drain olives if in brine. Combine all ingredients; mix well.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 2 days, turning and shaking several times.
