MARILYN'S ARTICHOKE DIP image

Number Of Ingredients 3

1 cup Mayonnaise;
1 can or 1 frozen package artichoke hearts, chopped, tough leaves removed or trimmed;
1 1/2 cups shredded parmesan cheese (not the kind in the can!)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup of the parmesan cheese, place in ovenproof bowl or casserole dish. Top with remaining 1/2 cup of parmesan and place in approx. 250 degree oven for about 45 minutes, or until cheese is melted and dip is warm throughout.
