- Prepare and bake crust in 9-inch pie plate as directed on package for one-crust baked shell. Cool.
- Add boiling water to gelatin mix in small bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in lime juice.
- Beat pudding mix, milk, orange juice and lime zest in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Add gelatin mixture; whisk until blended. Refrigerate 30 min. or until thickened.
- Spoon pudding mixture into crust. Refrigerate 30 min. or until firm. Top with COOL WHIP before serving.
