Manwich Casserole image

I kept thinking there must be something else I could do with that can of Manwich in my pantry. Then one night tadaaaa out came this casserole. So yummie and easy!

1 lb ground beef, lean
1 c corn
1/2 c green pepper, diced
1/2 c red pepper, diced
1 c onion, diced
1 c lima beans
1 can(s) manwich
1 can(s) bush baked beans, you choose the flavor
1 Tbsp mccormicks grill season
2 pkg grands jr. flakes bisquits

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray either 2 9inch pie pans or 1 13X9 baking dish with cooking spray.
  • 2. Cook beef in nonstick skillet until pink is gone. Then add peppers,onions and seasoning, cook until meat is browned. About 5 to 7 minutes. Add corn, Manwich, lima beans and baked beans. Cook until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat and cook another 3 to 4 minutes.
  • 3. While mixture is cooking. Open biscuits and cut in half. Pour Manwich mixture evenly between pie pans or all into a 13X9 dish. Overlap bisquits slightly around edge of pan reserving 4 halves for a flower in the center.
  • 4. Bake 12-15 minutes until biscuits are deep golden brown.
