Steps:
- Preheat over to 500 degrees. Pour olive oil into large baking pan. Spread all over pan with brush. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Cut in Crisco or butter until mixture is pea-sized and crumbly. Mound in bowl and made indention in middle; pour in buttermilk. Stir with fork until dough follows fork around edge of bowl. Turn out onto flour covered board; knead 3-4 times. Roll with flour-dusted roling pin to 1/2 -3/4" thick and cut with cutter dipped in flour. Oiyr olive oil into pan and dip biscuits in oil and then turn over, so that both sides are oil-coated. Bake 20 minutes or until golden on tops and bottoms.
