Mai Tai image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 to 2 orange, peeled and segmented
1/2 lemon, peeled and halved
1 cup cubed fresh pineapple
6 tablespoons light rum
2 tablespoons orange Curacao or other orange liqueur
6 tablespoons dark rum

Steps:

  • Add the oranges to the juicer, and process until you have at least 3/4 cup juice. Transfer the juice to a pitcher. Next, process the lemon until you have at least 1/3 cup juice. Transfer this juice to the pitcher, add the light rum and curacao, and mix well. Pour the mixture over crushed ice into two chilled hurricane glasses.
