- BBQ Black-eyed Peas:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Pour completed BBQ recipe over cooked and drained black-eyed peas in a greased 2 quart baking dish. Top with sliced bacon. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes until bacon is crisp.
- BBQ Sauce:
- Sauté onion and garlic in butter until onions are translucent. Whisk in all remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, and reduce by half on medium heat. Adjust salt to taste.
