MAGIC PAN ORANGE ALMOND SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 12

1/4 cup sliced almonds
1 head romain
2 green onions chopped
1 l0 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
DRESSING
2 Tbsp. sugar
salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
dash of tabasco
1/3 cup tarragon vinegar
1 egg yolk
3/4 cup veg. oil

Steps:

  • Toast almonds, til golden Toss all ingredients together and pour dressing over all.
