Magic Fruitcake Cookies image

This recipe was given to me by a lady at church. I never really cared for fruitcake..but these are easy & AWESOME!

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 c shredded coconut
2 c chopped pecans
1 c chopped candied red cherries
1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk
8 oz chopped dates
1 c dried apricots, chopped

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients well & wet your hands with water. Take about a tablespoon of the mixture & roll into small balls then smash flat onto parchment paper. ONLY USE PARCHMENT PAPER NOT FOIL!!!!
  • 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook till hot through & take out. Cool & remove. These are like chewy candy cookies. YUMMY!
