Number Of Ingredients 9

2 cups milk
1 cup shredded coconut
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup all purpose flour
8 tbsp (1 stick or 125 g) butter
3/4 cup sugar
pinch of ground nutmeg
pinch of salt

Steps:

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend well. Pour into a greased pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
