Mac and Cheese, Alton Brown image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1/2 pound Macaroni
4 tablespoons butter
2 eggs
6 ounces Evaporated mild
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon Hot sauce, optional
8 ounces Cheddar cheese, sharp

Steps:

  • Cook macaroni. Drain and return to pot. Add butter.
  • Whisk all other ingredients except cheese. Add to pot with buttered pasta. Add cheese and cook on low 3min.
