everyone loves this cake i make it every fall like 5 times and i make it for Thanksgiving dinner also.. great and easy to make!

Steps:
- pre heat oven to 350 grease and flour 2 9 inch round cake pans. beat cake and 1 cup pumpkin, milk, oil, eggs and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice until blended, bake 20-22 minutes until toothpick comes out clean, let cool completely
- in another bowl beat cream cheese until smooth add powdered sugar the rest of the can of pumpkin and 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice mix well. fold in cool whip
- frost cakes with topping you made the sprinkle a little pumpkin pie spice on top for garnish
