Low Low Fat Bean Salad image

Easy, delicious and low fat. If you are doing WW Freestyle it's only 1 point or less depending on how much you eat.

Number Of Ingredients 11

1/4 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin
3 can(s) your choice 15 oz beans, drained and rinsed
8 oz can corn, drained
2 c celery, chopped or thinly sliced
1/2 c red onion, finely chopped
1/2 c chopped cilantro
2 Tbsp lime juice
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp minced garlic

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oil in frying pan over medium high heat. Add cumin and garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add to small bowl and then add the salt, pepper, cilantro, lime and mix well.
  • 2. In a large bowl dump drained beans, corn, celery and onion. Add rest of the ingredients and mix well. Let sit overnight or several hours to blend flavors.
