Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375.
- In a large bowl, mix Baking Blend, baking powder, and salt.
- Using a pastry cutter, cut in butter until you have a crumb-like mixture, and the butter pieces are about the size of peas.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir just until incorporated.
- Drop onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. (Or you can use a Silpat mat)
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until tops begin to turn golden brown. (I like to broil mine for the last minute or two to crisp the tops.)
