LOS DOS GREEN SALSA image

10 tomatillos, finely chopped
2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 T cumin
1 bunch cilantro
8 jalapenos, diced
pepper
salt
water

Steps:

  • That's it. Makes a little more than a quart, so you can safely halve the recipe and still be fine. I chopped them all up in a food processor and didn't need any water at all. It's hot but not ridiculous and tastes great.
