LITTLE BROWN JUG ROLLS image

1 c. chopped pecans
2 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 (4.6 oz) package vanilla pudding, not instant
1 Tbls. milk
1 Tbls. cinnamon
1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar

Steps:

  • Grease a 13x9" pan. Sprinkle with nuts. Shape dough into walnut sized pieces. Fill the pan with a single layer of dough balls. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over dough. Cover lightly and let rise in the refrigerator overnight. Preheat the oven to 350. Bake uncovered for 30 min. Meanwhile, line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and lightly butter the foil. When rolls are cooked, immediately invert onto prepared cookie sheet
