Steak & Smothered Noodles image

Number Of Ingredients 13

3 tablespoons olive oil
1 pounds chuck steak
0.5 cups salad dressing
1 units onion
1 units carrots
1 sticks celery
2 units salsa peppers
1 units green pepper
14.5 ounces stewed tomatoes
29 ounces tomato sauce
1 units salt and pepper
1 pounds spaghetti noodles
1 units parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • In large skillet, brown meat with oil. Add salad dressing, onion, carrot, celery, and peppers. Cook and stir until tender. Don't over cook.
  • Then pour in tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Cover pan and simmer about 20 minutes. While this is simmering cook your spaghetti or rice as package indicates.
  • To serve, dish up noodles or rice and top with steak sauce and parmesan cheese.
