Steps:
- Brown ground beef with the onion until onion is clear, drain. Mix both soups in pan with 1/2 a can of water. Drain chili (optional, it will make it hotter if you don't) and add to mixture. Add beef and cook through.
- In a glass casserole layer beef mixture with cheese and chips until you end with chips on the top. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 350°F until cheese is melted.
