Lisa's Colorado Casserole image

1 lb ground beef
1 small onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can chopped green chili
1 can diced jalapeno (optional)
KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese
1 large bag nacho cheese tortilla chips (crushed)

Steps:

  • Brown ground beef with the onion until onion is clear, drain. Mix both soups in pan with 1/2 a can of water. Drain chili (optional, it will make it hotter if you don't) and add to mixture. Add beef and cook through.
  • In a glass casserole layer beef mixture with cheese and chips until you end with chips on the top. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake at 350°F until cheese is melted.
