LINGUINE WITH TUNA, OLIVES AND CAPERS image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 lb linguine
1/2 c black olives pitted and finely chopped
1 sm c Italian tuna
1 1/2 T chopped capers
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 T chopped parsley
Extra virgin olive oil
salt, pepper

Steps:

  • Cook pasta for 11 minutes??? in boiling salted water. While boing saute crushed garlic with capers and olives in oil (1/4) c Add a few spoonfuls of the boiling pasta water and then the chopped parsley and fresh ground pepper. Let cook together few minutes remove from heat and add the tuna which is crumbled or shredded. Drain the linguine and place in a serving dishthen add the well heated sauce, mix well and serve.
