- 1. Cook linguine according to package directions. Drain and return to the pot; set aside. 2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet melt the butter and olive oil over medium-low heat. Add the garlic and saute for 1 minute. 3. Add the shrimp, salt and pepper and saute until the shrimp turn pink, stirring often (about 5 minutes). 4. Remove from skillet from heat and add the parsley, lemon zest and lemon juice. Toss to combine. 5.
