How to make Linguine and Pork Stir-Fry

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 pound(s) linguine, uncooked
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
3/4 large carrot, shredded
1.5 cup(s) red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup(s) green onions, thinly sliced with tops
4 cup(s) cabbage, thinly sliced
2 - garlic cloves, minced
1.5 cup(s) pork tenderloin, cut in thin strips
1 tablespoon(s) sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon(s) red pepper flakes

Steps:

  • Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
  • In dutch oven or large skillet, heat oil; add remaining ingredients, except pork and linguine.
  • Stir-fry until tender.
  • Add meat and lightly stir-fry until cooked.
  • Add hot linguine; toss to mix.
  • Serve immediately.
