LINDA'S KENTUCKY PECAN PIE image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 cup white corn syrup
1 cup dark brown sugar - I use light brown
1/3 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup melted butter (5 1/2 Tablespoons)
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 whole eggs, lightly beaten
1 heaping cup pecan halves - I use more

Steps:

  • Combine first 5 ingredients and add eggs. Pour into 9 inch pie shell Sprinkle pecans over all..Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
