Linda's Amazing Spicy Spinach Dip image

This is sooooooo good people will beg you for the recipe!!!

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 stick(s) butter
1 medium onion (1/2 cup)
2 package(s) 10 ounce packages frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
1 package(s) 8 ounce pack cream cheese
1 - 8 ounce container of sour cream
1 cup(s) pepper jack cheese
1 cup(s) parmesan cheese
2 tablespoon(s) hot sauce

Steps:

  • melt butter, add onion and cook till soft and tender. Stir in spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, pepper jack cheese, parmesan cheese, and hot sauce. Stir until well blended. Pour into crock pot or put in 1/2 qt casserole dish and bake at 350. Serve warm. I keep mine in crock pot stirring occasionally.
