How to make Limoncello and Raspberry Whiskey Sour

Steps:
- Place lemon sorbet, limoncello and whiskey in a blender and process until smooth. Set aside.
- Place raspberries, lemonade and whiskey in a blender and process until smooth. Pour raspberry mixture into liquid measuring cup or a cup with a spout for easy pouring.
- Fill wells ¾ of the way up with limoncello mixture. Slowly and carefully pour raspberry mixture against side walls of wells for a layered effect.
- Cover top of popsicle form with foil and cut a tiny hole in the center of each well. Place popsicle stick through the hole.
- Place in freezer until frozen. To release popsicles, run hot water over outside of mold for 2-3 seconds.
