Steps:
- line 9 inch pan with foil and spray with nonstick. large sauce pan melt butter. add rest of ingredients but extract and color. bring to boil, stirring often. heat to 245 degrees, firm ball stage. remove from heat and add extract and color. pour into pan and let cool.
