8 ounces small peeled carrots
1 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sugar

Steps:

  • Wash and halve carrots, and steam for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • In serving bowl, mix soy sauce, lemon juice and sugar. When carrots are cooked, drain, and stir into soy mixture.
