Lemongrass-Honey Glaze Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1/2 cup finely minced lemongrass leaves, or 1 tablespoon minced lemon zest
grated zest of three large lines, plus the juice
1 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1/4 cup dry sherry
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup finely minced ginger
Six cloves garlic, finely minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

Steps:

  • To make the glaze, combine all the Glaze ingredients and stir well. Makes 3 cups.
