Lemon Whipper Snappers image

1 box lemon cake mix
2 cups Cool Whip
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted

Steps:

  • Combine lemon cake mix, Cool Whip, and egg in a large bowl; mix well. Drop by teaspoon in powdered sugar; roll to coat. Place 1 1/2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes.
