3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, pressed
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon, crumbled
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons olive oil

Steps:

  • Combine first 4 ingredients in small bowl. Gradually whisk in oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
