LEMON MOUSSE PIE image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 large can of evaporated milk
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp lemon rind
3 lemons - juice
1 tsp vanilla
graham cracker crust

Steps:

  • Freeze one large can of evaporated milk. Whip until fluffy in deep bowl. Add 1 cup of sugar. 1 tsp lemon rind, juice of 3 lemons and 1 tsp vanilla. Blend well and pour into graham cracker crust. Let set in freezer for 3 hrs before serving. Keep in freezer.
