Lemon Mallow Pie image

Mmmmmmm lemon!

Number Of Ingredients 7

40 - marshmallows
1/2 cup(s) water
1/4 cup(s) lemon juice
1 tablespoon(s) lemon zest, grated
3 drops - yellow food coloring, optional
1 cup(s) whipped cream, unsweetened
1 - 9 - graham cracker pie crust

Steps:

  • Melt marshmallows with water & lemon juice in double boiler. Stir until smooth, add zest, food coloring (if using) & mix well. Chill until thickened, mix until well blended. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into crust, chill until firm or freeze.
